Easter egg sprinkle cookies

Ingredients:
- Packet of oval shaped biscuits (I use Milk Arrowroot) 
- Handful of white chocolate melts 
- ½ cup hundred and thousands sprinkles 
Method:
- Melt chocolate melts in the microwave by heating in 20-30 second bursts and stirring in between to ensure the chocolate does not burn 
- Put the sprinkles in a small bowl 
- Once the chocolate is runny, place a biscuit face down in the chocolate until the face is covered in chocolate. 
- While the chocolate is still wet, dip the cookie 1/3 - 1/2 way into the sprinkles so that they cover part of the cookie 
- Repeat with the remainder of the cookies (make as many as you need).
