Bliss/Protein Ball Review
Bliss/protein balls are a wonderful snack option. They can be made with an abundance of different ingredients to appeal to most palates and preferences.
Bliss/protein balls are super easy to make, although they can sometimes feel like a lot of effort when they get gobbled up very quickly!
So, if you don’t have time to make your own, I’ve come to help! I have had a look at all of the bliss/protein balls currently available on our shelves and am here to give you my top 10 choices!
They are a great source of protein (each having at least 8g of protein per serving!!) but unless your school has a ‘nut-aware’ and not ‘nut-free’ policy, they might have to be saved for after school.
