Mango and Pineapple Nice Cream
Ingredients:
1 cup diced frozen mango
1 cup diced frozen pineapple
1/4 cup coconut cream
zest of 1/2 lime (optional)
Method:
Using a high powered blender, place all ingredients into the blender
Blend for 2-3 minutes (until mixture is completely smooth). You might need to stop the blender a few times in between to mix things around.
Transfer the mixture into a container with a well fitting lid and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours
When ready to serve, leave it at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to make it easier to get out of the container.
** You can make this any flavour you like but using other frozen fruits of your choice.
