Mango and Pineapple Nice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced frozen mango

  • 1 cup diced frozen pineapple

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

  • zest of 1/2 lime (optional)

Method:

  • Using a high powered blender, place all ingredients into the blender

  • Blend for 2-3 minutes (until mixture is completely smooth). You might need to stop the blender a few times in between to mix things around.

  • Transfer the mixture into a container with a well fitting lid and place in the freezer for 6-8 hours

  • When ready to serve, leave it at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to make it easier to get out of the container.

** You can make this any flavour you like but using other frozen fruits of your choice.
