Easter egg sprinkle cookies

Ingredients:

  • Packet of oval shaped biscuits (I use Milk Arrowroot)

  • Handful of white chocolate melts

  • ½ cup hundred and thousands sprinkles

Method:

  1. Melt chocolate melts in the microwave by heating in 20-30 second bursts and stirring in between to ensure the chocolate does not burn

  2. Put the sprinkles in a small bowl

  3. Once the chocolate is runny, place a biscuit face down in the chocolate until the face is covered in chocolate.

  4. While the chocolate is still wet, dip the cookie 1/3 - 1/2 way into the sprinkles so that they cover part of the cookie

  5. Repeat with the remainder of the cookies (make as many as you need).
